Filna Fatansy is the MMORPG that Konata plays in the anime series of Lucky Star. She plays this game with her teacher, Nanako Kuroi, as they are in the same guild. Konata's in-game name is KONAKONA while Nanako's is NANAKON.
The game is a parody of Final Fantasy XI, as using the real game and the name "Final Fantasy" would invoke copyright fees, but it is still based off of the real game. There are several references to Final Fantasy XI in the game, such as Konata finding laevateinn, which is a real weapon in Final Fantasy XI. The game also uses the standard Tank, DPS and Healer setup found in real MMORPGs, as Konata says she is a tank and Nanako is a Wizard, or DPS class, and they pair up to do dungeons together. Dungeons are another staple found in real MMORPG games.
In the Lucky Star OVA, this is not the game that Konata, Nanako, Kagami and Tsukasa play. The MMORPG being played in the OVA is Tower of Druaga: The Recovery of Babylim, which is a real Japanese MMORPG region locked to Japan[1].
